We created an explainer video for a South African cross platform tablet app (runs on iPad, Android and Windows) named OnSight.
The Onsight mobile app allows sales representatives to manage client information, upload or show product brochures, create quotes and place orders extremely quickly from any place on planet Earth. Sales Managers can track the team’s sales activities and save time and money by eliminating printed quotes, orders, and sales forms.
Meet John, Megan and Graham, the sales team for Matthew’s manufacturing and distribution company.
Day-in and day-out Matthew’s sales team drags around hefty, outdated paper catalogs while rushing to meet clients on site. In between sales calls they fill in order forms and try to find a way to get them back to the office while their clients sit and wait. And to top it all off, Matthew has no way to monitor his team’s sales at the end of the day. There has to be a better way…
Matthew discovers Onsight, an easy-to-use mobile sales tool. It promises to make his sales team more efficient using the mobile devices they already own. He decides to download Onsight to super-charge his sales team.
Matthew uploads his product images and data to the handy and easy-to-use electronic catalog while everyone is on the road.
Immediately, all three of his team members get the updated information and show off the latest products to their respective clients.
The clients are so impressed they decide to buy some products right away.
John, Megan and Graham place the sales orders directly on their tablets and the office receives them for immediate processing.
Sales orders are now displayed on the dashboard of all three team member devices and the clients gets a PDF emailed to them confirming their order.
At the end of the day, Matthew simply takes a look at the real-time report that Onsight provides and sees the great day his sales team had.
Sweeping his desk clean of old, dog-eared paper catalogs and piles of printed sales order forms, Matthew can now sit back, relax and watch the sales come in through Onsight, the no-fuss mobile sales solution.
