In this project, PayPal wanted to explore how the monogram logo could become a vibrant example of the empowering role that the brand plays in people’s lives, so our goal was to tell a fun and particularly dynamic visual story using the logo, in the form of a short :15 video, cleverly bringing the monogram logo to life through an unexpected but authentic visual narrative.

We are posting 2 versions of the video together: The exact same animation with different music tracks, a study of how music can change completely the tone of the final video. The Brief stated that it could be either touching or fun so we sent PayPal both versions (touching is the Director’s cut BTW).
